Stitch Launches Training Program to Develop the Next Generation of Braze Consultants

Stitch, a marketing technology consultancy that offers comprehensive services around the Braze customer engagement platform, announced the formal launch of TopStitch, an intensive training program designed to develop early-career talent into the next generation of Braze consultants. 

June 12th, 2024 (Indianapolis) — Stitch, a marketing technology consultancy focused on helping marketers drive customer engagement success with Braze, formally launched their intensive internal training program, TopStitch, to develop early-career talent into the next generation of Braze consultants.

Founded in 2022, Stitch officially launched its partnership with Braze in May 2023, offering comprehensive services around Braze and its integration partners, such as Twilio Segment and Snowflake. Since announcing their partnership, Stitch has achieved Orbit status as a Braze partner—the highest attainable tier of partnership within the Braze partner ecosystem. 

In June 2024, Stitch welcomed the first cohort of its early-career talent program, TopStitch. TopStitch is a two-month, intensive training program designed to develop the soft skills critical to building a successful consulting career and provide deep, hands-on experience within the Braze platform. Graduates of the TopStitch program are expected to complete the program with at least three Braze certifications each and will continue their careers as full-time, salaried employees of Stitch.

Stitch primarily works with marketing and customer engagement teams at well-known brands across the media and entertainment, quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail and e-commerce, financial services, travel, and gaming industries.

At the time of its launch, the TopStitch program is anticipated to be an annual program, welcoming a new cohort each summer. The Stitch team plans to reevaluate adding additional cohorts throughout the year.
